Secretarial ComplianceThe Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on July 08, 2026, notified regarding the Extension of Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) introduced the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) to allow companies to complete their pending statutory filings within a specified timeline. Initially, the scheme was valid up to 15th July 2026, providing relief to defaulting companies by enabling compliance without facing heavy penalties.

However, due to capacity restoration and enhancement activities at the data centre following a fire incident on June 05, 2026, services were disrupted. In view of this situation, the Government has extended the validity of the scheme until August 31, 2026, thereby granting additional time to companies to complete their filings.
